Awesome delivery and dispatch always taken with care

I brought some cranck brothers pedals I have used them 5or6 times and the bearings have gone but unlike wiggle and Amazon sending them back is not that easy with treadz

Worst possible experience, having paid for next day delivery it turns up 5 days later having called tredz not really any help at all any to top it off a security tag was left on and then they informed me that they wouldn’t send another one till they receive the 1st one back after I Suggested a straight swap on the doorstep with their career they was having none of it . Never ever use again

Fast delivery, great communication about delivery and bike being in stock and available.

Good website. Clear illustration of parts and options. When I was unsure of which item to order to be compatible with my needs one phone call to Tredz sorted it for me. Ordering on line was straight forward, and delivery happened in 3 days to West Cornwall.So will use Tredz again in future.

First Class outfit, fast delivery and a very easy website to navigate through, will hopefully use this company in the future if getting into cycling again takes off as hoped

After sales service is shockingly bad!Its a great shame as the service i had to buy bike was 1st class Don't even bother to ring them unless you have a spare hour to wait to be answered When they say they will ring you back, don't get excited it won't happen I feel sad to leave this review however its the truth

I am sorry that I have to give Tredz 2 stars only. They very dissapointed me as I ordered few items from website and one of them was FOX pullover size M and I received size S instead. Worst thing is that it was most wanted item out of my order and they messed it up. Plus I could not even have an exchange because by the time I got my delivered item those pullovers were out of stock.I could have alternative clothing instead but I do not like anything else. That was the only Fox pullover that caught my eye. So sorry Tredz you have to be careful when you pick your orders next time.

Easy to navigate website;Quick shipment and helpful updates on progress; Terrible TNT delivery as the parcel was left in front of my door and delivery man did not wait for me open and to check/confirm my ID.

Low competitive prices plus discount codes which sometimes pop up when website loads up. quick dispatch and quick reliable customer service. Although the downside is they don't have a lot of range in stock which means you may not always find what you need especially with choice of bikes it is either dirt cheap or breaking the bank
